2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original condition with packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Bulk/wholesale orders (unless damaged or defective)
  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Share order details and images of the product
  • Our team will verify and approve the request

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund

6. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • Slight variations in color or design are normal due to lighting and handmade nature of products
  • Such variations are not considered defects
