2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused and in original condition with packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bulk/wholesale orders (unless damaged or defective)
- Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via phone or WhatsApp
- Share order details and images of the product
- Our team will verify and approve the request
5. Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund
6. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement at no extra cost
- Replacement is subject to product availability
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- Otherwise, return shipping charges may be applicable

- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or design are normal due to lighting and handmade nature of products
- Such variations are not considered defects
